Job summary

Mercy Hospital South in Missouri is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) – Clinical Supervisor for the weekend shift. You will support the planning, coordination and evaluation of patient care and operations within designated areas, and serve as a clinical resource for staff and patients.

The role requires 3–5 years of hospital nursing experience and an active RN license in Missouri or a compact licensure. BLS certification is required, with BSN preferred and weekend supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with ADN, diploma or BSN.
Current RN license in Missouri or compact license as per state rules.
3–5 years of hospital nursing experience; BLS required.
BSN preferred; additional certifications/licensure encouraged.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of operations and patient care.
Serve as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the department.
Functions as a staff nurse when needed and supports weekend supervision.
Take on managerial duties delegated by a manager and uphold Mercy standards.
