Mercy Hospital South is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as Clinical Supervisor for the Weekend shift. The role supports planning, coordinating, implementing and evaluating operations and patient care in designated areas, acting as a clinical resource for staff and patients, and stepping in as staff nurse when needed.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of hospital nursing experience and hold a current Missouri RN license (or compact license).

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with one of the following: ADN, Nursing Diploma, or BSN.
• Must hold and maintain a current RN license in Missouri or possess compact licensure.
• 3–5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association, or within 30 days of hire.

• Functions as a staff nurse in the department as needed and assumes delegated managerial duties.
