Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as Clinical Supervisor for weekend shifts at Mercy Hospital South in Missouri. The role supports planning, coordination, and evaluation of operations and patient care in designated areas, and acts as a clinical resource for staff and patients.

The RN will function as a staff nurse as needed, and assume managerial duties delegated by a manager, upholding Mercy Service Standards and our mission and values. Full-time, 36 hours/week, day shift.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN license.
• 3-5 years hospital nursing experience.
• Must hold and maintain a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri or have compact licensure.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of operations and patient care in designated areas.
• Serve as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the department.
• Function as a staff nurse when needed.
• Assume managerial duties delegated by a manager.
