Qualifications

• Supervise and train staff; coordinate unit activities; support nurse manager and manager.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate, coordinate, and evaluate unit activities for quality patient care.
• Mentor staff and act as role model for nursing process and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Nurse Manager/Assistant Manager on shift operations.
• Contribute to department goals and policies; participate in quality improvement initiatives.
