Christiana Care Health System is seeking an RN Case Manager for the Weekend Incentive Program in Newark, DE. This position involves managing patient care, creating discharge plans, and working closely with multidisciplinary teams. Qualifications include a BSN, an active RN license in Delaware or a Compact State, and preferred experience in case management. This role offers a starting pay of $35 plus a $10 shift differential, with a total compensation package including a $10K sign-on bonus and excellent benefits.

Formación

• Must have an active RN license in DE or a Compact State.
• A Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is required.
• One year of RN Case Manager experience preferred.
• Experience in an inpatient hospital setting is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is preferred.
