Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementing and evaluating individual care plans.
• Maintain nursing service objectives, goals, and standards of nursing practices.
• Receive, transcribe, and implement physician orders promptly.
• Report condition changes and events to appropriate parties.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor infection control compliance.
• Investigate and document accidents and incidents.
