Job summary

Brickyard Healthcare in Indiana is seeking a Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality nursing care to residents using the nursing process. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure resident-centered outcomes.

This Baylor schedule requires three 12-hour weekend shifts (Fri, Sat, Sun) with incentive pay, and opportunities to pick up extra shifts and earn bonuses. Comprehensive benefits and education reimbursement are offered.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed RN in state of practice.
• Must hold and maintain CPR certification; CPR must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• License in good standing; no findings of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property.

Responsibilities

• Assure that effective quality nursing care is delivered using the nursing process.
• Identify needs and provide input for discharge planning and follow-up.
• Assist with development of individualized plan of care with resident and care team.
• Implement plan of care consistently with focus on resident-centered outcomes and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with physician and other health care professionals by sharing information relevant to changes in plan of care.
• Deliver and maintain optimum resident care and comfort per current nursing practices.
