Job summary

Mill Creek Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation in North Carolina is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Baylor Weekend Program. Work 32 hours each weekend and be paid for 40, with weekend schedules offering 7:00 AM–11:00 PM or 3:00 PM–7:00 AM shifts.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina RN license.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor residents' conditions and respond promptly to changes
• Record vital signs, assessments, and all care provided accurately and timely
• Operate and monitor specialized medical equipment
• Initiate appropriate nursing interventions when needed
• Perform skilled nursing procedures, including IV therapy, catheter insertion, and wound care
• Educate residents and families regarding treatments and care plans
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
• Participate in discharge planning and care coordination
• Ensure compliance with all nursing standards, policies, and regulations
