Job summary

Focused Post Acute Care Partners FPACP is seeking an RN Supervisor to join our team in Sherman, TX. Under the Director of Nursing, you will supervise nursing services and ensure high standards of care addressing medical, physical, and emotional needs of residents.

You will communicate effectively with the DON, MD, staff, residents, and families, lead care plan development, and participate in interdisciplinary rounds to optimize patient outcomes. Flexibility for shift coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensed in good standing with the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with DON, MD, staff, and residents.
• Ability to supervise and guide nursing staff and implement care plans.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing services under the Director of Nursing.
• Coordinate and monitor resident care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Conduct rounds, support residents and staff, and prevent avoidable rehospitalizations.
• Educate staff on policies and processes as needed.
