Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living to promote independence and dignity.
• Ensure resident safety and provide personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing).
• Assist or feed residents and respond to call lights promptly.
• Maintain clean, dry residents; provide incontinent care as needed.
• Document care in electronic medical records (PointClickCare).
