Job summary

Focused Post Acute Care Partners FPACP in Wisconsin is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide to join our caring team. You will assist residents with activities of daily living, promote independence and dignity, and participate in our ROCKStar recognition program.

Responsibilities include ensuring resident safety, bathing and grooming, assisting with feeding and mobility, responding to call lights, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have current Nurse Aide certification in Texas.
• Must be in good standing on the Nurse Aide Registry in Texas.
• Ability to understand and carry out verbal and written English instructions.
• Ability to speak clearly and hear well to communicate with residents.

Responsibilities

• Ensure resident safety and well-being.
• Bathe, shower, shampoo, shave, hair care, dressing for residents.
• Follow the assigned resident schedule created by charge nurse.
• Assist with lifting, moving, and transferring residents.
• Respond to call lights promptly and assist or feed residents as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and provide incontinent care; keep residents dry.
