National Health Care Associates in Wethersfield, Connecticut, is seeking a Registered Nurse for a weekend Baylor 7pm–7am shift to provide compassionate, high-quality care to our residents.

As an RN, you will assess patient conditions, develop care plans, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, overseeing LPNs and CNAs. Competitive pay and growth opportunities offered.

Formación

• Valid state license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
• Interest in nursing needs of the aged and chronically ill with ability to work with both.
• Strong clinical skills and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized care plans.
• Administering medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed.
• Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical information.
• Providing wound care and other nursing interventions as needed.
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery.
• Overseeing and guiding LPNs and CNAs in delivering quality care.
