Garden Springs Healthcare is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for weekend 12-hour shifts in Fremont, OH. The role focuses on direct patient care, medication administration, and coordinating with the care team to maintain high-quality resident outcomes.

New grads and walk-ins welcome. Strong clinical skills, compassion, and leadership abilities are essential. In-person work with supportive staff and a friendly environment is offered.

Qualificações

• RN license required.
• Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills.
• Compassionate, empathetic, patient-focused and able to lead a team.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document health status, vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
• Supervise and support a team of LPNs and CNAs to deliver care.
• Coordinate with physicians and specialists to ensure quality resident care.
• Educate residents and families on health management and treatments.
