Job summary

Bethesda Care Center in Fremont, OH is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our weekend team for 12-hour shifts. You will lead nursing staff, administer medications, and coordinate resident care in a supportive environment.

Ideal candidates hold an RN license and BLS certification, demonstrate strong clinical judgment, compassion, and excellent communication. This position offers both full-time and part-time schedules and a friendly, team-oriented workplace.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Weekend 12-hour shifts availability.
• Experience supervising nursing staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document residents' health status, vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
• Supervise and support a team of LPNs and CNAs to deliver optimal care.
• Collaborate with physicians and specialists to coordinate resident care.
• Educate residents and families on health management, conditions, and treatments.
• Ensure adherence to state and facility regulations and standards.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical care as needed.
• Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement efforts.
