Job summary

Qualifications

• Unrestricted AL or Multi State RN license.
• BLS and ACLS required.
• RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess needs of assigned patients with sound judgment and complete documentation.
• Plan care with specific, measurable outcomes and family involvement.
• Intervene in crisis, document interventions accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians and health care team to achieve patient outcomes.
• Delegate work appropriately and supervise team members.
• Maintain competency and mandatory education per competency matrix.
