Job summary

Jackson Hospital in Montgomery, AL is seeking an RN for a Full Time Weekend Program. The nurse will perform standard bedside care, collaborate with the health care team, and ensure adherence to hospital standards on the unit during 7a–7p shifts.

Unrestricted AL or multi-state RN license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS are required. Weekend shifts include an extra $6/hour for working every Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Saturday–Monday.

Qualifications

• RN license required: Unrestricted AL or multi-state.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS required.
• Weekend Program: 7a–7p shifts with an additional $6/hour for working weekends (Fri–Sun or Sat–Mon).
• Full-time weekend-facing RN role; prior weekend experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care for assigned unit.
• Coordinate with care team to meet standards of practice.
• Manage unit supplies and equipment and oversee shift operations.
