Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to use POS and store computer applications.
• Experience with retail selling.
• Provide a positive shopping experience to every customer.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge all customers on the sales floor.
• Provide assistance by answering merchandise questions.
• Meet daily sales goals (SPH, ADS, UPT) set by management.
• Fill, size, and fold merchandise during shifts.
• Assist in store cleaning and maintenance as directed.
• Engage in Bohme training and hands-on store learning.
• Communicate customer needs or concerns to management.
• Assist in processing merchandise as directed.
• Follow all safety procedures.
• Monitor for loss prevention and report unusual activity.
• Ring up sales and operate cash register as directed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
