Qualifications

• Experience with retail selling.
• Excellent organization and strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to use POS and other store computer applications.
• Provide a positive shopping experience to every customer.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge all customers on the sales floor.
• Answer merchandise-related questions and assist customers.
• Meet individual sales goals (SPH, ADS, UPT) established by store management.
• Stock, fold, and size merchandise during the shift.
• Assist in store cleaning and maintenance as directed by management.
• Continue self-training using Bohme materials and in-store training.
• Communicate customer needs or concerns to management.
• Process merchandise as directed by management.
• Follow all safety procedures and monitor for loss prevention.
