Job summary

Bohme, Inc. is seeking a Stylist to enhance the customer shopping experience with knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient service in our Twin Falls store. You will help customers with product questions, maintain the appearance of the store, and support daily sales goals.

Expect to greet customers, assist with merchandise, and participate in ongoing training and loss prevention practices. Weekend shifts are required and 18+ years old are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Excellent organization, verbal and written skills.
• Ability to work POS, and other store computer applications.
• Experience with retail selling.
• Provide a positive shopping experience to every customer.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge all customers on the sales floor.
• Provide assistance to customers by answering merchandise related questions.
• Meet individual sales goals established by store management every day.
• Fill, size, and fold merchandise throughout the shift.
• Assist in cleaning and maintenance of the store as directed by store management.
• Continue self-training using Bohme and all other training materials.
• Communicate to store management any customer needs or concerns.
• Assist in processing merchandise as directed by store management.
• Follow all established safety procedures.
• Observe and monitor for loss prevention and advise management of any unusual activity.
• Ring up sales transactions as directed by store management.
• Operate cash register as directed by store management.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
