Must be able to work weekends and participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with Bohme’s products, promotions, and customer service standards. This role emphasizes creating a positive shopping experience and meeting daily sales goals.

Qualifications

• Excellent organization, verbal and written skills.
• Ability to work POS and other store computer applications.
• Experience with retail selling.
• Provide a positive shopping experience to every customer.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge customers on the sales floor.
• Provide assistance by answering merchandise questions.
• Meet individual sales goals established by store management.
• Fill, size, and fold merchandise throughout the shift.
• Assist in cleaning and maintenance of the store as directed by management.
• Continue self-training with Bohme materials and hands-on store training.
• Communicate customer needs or concerns to management.
• Assist in processing merchandise as directed by management.
• Follow all safety procedures.
• Observe loss prevention and report unusual activity.
• Ring up sales transactions and operate the cash register as directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
