Job summary

Theisen’s Home Farm Auto is seeking a Sales Associate for weekend-only shifts. You will warmly greet customers, help them locate and select merchandise, and explain product benefits while assisting on cash registers when needed.

Responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, stocking shelves, processing orders, and ensuring store displays meet branding standards. A valid driver’s license and 3–12 months of retail experience highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Good customer service skills and ability to communicate clearly

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service
• Approach customers storewide and ask if help is needed and take them to the location of merchandise
• Explain benefits and features of merchandise to customers and suggest add-on merchandise
• Maintain general knowledge of all products and expertise in specific product areas as needed
• Compute price quotes, order merchandise and provide contact information for follow-up
• Answer telephone and customer questions within established guidelines
• Practice and maintain security measures
• Communicate out-of-stocks using hot sheet/new item requests
• Assist customers with check out and carryouts
• Maintain accuracy of shelf tagging and set up merchandise displays
• Receive merchandise shipments and verify against receiving reports
• Restock shelves and assemble products as needed
• Process Interstore transfers
• Perform cleaning duties and maintain Theisen’s Brand requirements
• Support management with inventory, deliveries, and cash register use
