Job summary

Theisen's Home-Farm-Auto is seeking a friendly Sales Associate in Iowa for a part-time role. You will greet customers, help them find merchandise, and explain features and benefits, while supporting cash register duties when needed.

Ideal candidates have 3–12 months of retail experience and a valid driver’s license, with a customer-first attitude. You’ll work under the store manager and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Familiar with forklift and pallet jack operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Approach customers storewide and offer help locating merchandise.
• Explain benefits and features of merchandise and suggest add-on items.
• Maintain knowledge of products and assist in specific product areas.
• Process price quotes and restock/price merchandise as needed.
• Assist with checkout and carryouts; handle telephone inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and merchandising per brand standards.
• Support management with inventory and other tasks as required.
