Coleman Oil Company operates Sunset Mart stores and is seeking a part-time weekend cashier to provide friendly, efficient service at the register and greeting customers. The role supports smooth checkout operations and may fill in as needed.

Qualifications

• Seeking candidates 19 years of age or older.
• Previous cash handling experience is preferred.
• Positive attitude with enthusiasm for new skills and strong communication.
• Able to follow company policies and local/state/federal laws regarding age-restricted sales.
• Lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Maintain acceptable attendance and punctuality for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers as they enter and move through the store.
• Handle cash, credit and debit transactions accurately on the POS system and balance cash register.
• Assist with inventory stocking, organization and rotation.
• Clean, maintain and upkeep the store floor.
• Operate and maintain company equipment and report hazards or incidents promptly.
• Promote incentives, promotions and Reward Programs.
• Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned.
