Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 19 years of age or older.
• Previous cash handling experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and effective communication in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow Company policies and laws pertaining to sale of alcohol and tobacco.
• Be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers entering the store.
• Process cash, credit and debit transactions accurately on the store’s POS system.
• Balance cash register at the end of shift.
• Assist with inventory stocking, organization and rotation.
• Maintain store cleanliness and upkeep of the floor.
• Operate and report workplace hazards or incidents to store leadership.
• Promote company incentives and rewards programs.
• Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned.
