Coleman Oil Company, a longtime Northwest fuel retailer, is hiring a part-time weekend cashier for Sunset Mart Stores in Sprague, WA. You will greet customers, handle transactions, and help maintain a welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• Age 19 years or older.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Positive attitude with enthusiasm for learning; effective communication in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow company policies and laws for alcohol and tobacco sales.
• Lift up to 25 pounds; stand for extended periods.
• Maintain good attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a positive and professional manner as they enter the store and throughout their visit.
• Handle cash, credit and debit transactions accurately on the POS and balance the cash register at the end of shift.
• Assist with inventory stocking, organization and rotation.
• Cleaning, maintenance and general upkeep of the store floor.
• Operate and maintain equipment and report hazards promptly to store leadership.
• Promote company-sponsored incentives, promotions and rewards programs.
• Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned.
