Circle K in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a company-operated restaurant. You will lead staff, ensure brand standards, manage inventory and financial metrics, and report to the Restaurant District Manager.

The role requires at least 2 years of restaurant management, strong guest service, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Open availability and a valid driver’s license are required; Serv Safe certification is a plus.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years restaurant management experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.
• Open availability required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Serv Safe Manager certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day operations of a Company operated Restaurant.
• Recruit, interview, hire and onboard for all positions.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee cash handling, sales, inventory, and admin duties.
• Coach and supervise team members to meet standards.
• Maintain health department compliance and safety procedures.
