Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of COARC accredited AS or BS Respiratory program.
• Licensed as RRT or CRT. and actively licensed in the practicing state.

Responsibilities

• Perform respiratory assessments and implement therapy for a range of respiratory conditions.
• Initiate therapies, maintain patient records, operate, check, and assemble equipment.
• Perform a variety of bedside treatments.
• Provide in-services for nursing staff quarterly.
• Complete daily, weekly and monthly documentation.
• Attend applicable IDT meetings.
• Experience with tracheotomy in long-term care settings.
• Follow facility procedures and protocols; track/audit caseload.
