Job summary

Trevecca Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Franklin, TN seeks a full-time Respiratory Therapist to join a skilled nursing team focused on geriatric rehabilitation. The RT must be licensed in the practicing state and able to work independently with respiratory and non-respiratory interventions.

The role includes assessing patients, initiating therapies, documenting daily activities, and collaborating via IDT meetings. Experience with tracheostomy and long-term care is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of COARC accredited AS or BS Respiratory program; licensed as RRT or CRT.
• Licensed in the practicing state; BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments and implement respiratory techniques to progress rehab patients.
• Initiate therapies, maintain patient records, operate and assemble equipment.
• Perform bedside treatments and participate in nursing staff in-services.
