Job summary

The Riverside Premier Rehabilitation and Healing Center is seeking a full-time Respiratory Therapist to join our skilled nursing team. The ideal candidate will have an active state license, be able to assess and treat independently, and deliver therapy to geriatric residents with compassion.

This role requires performing respiratory interventions, documenting care, participating in IDT meetings, and ensuring high standards of patient safety and care quality in a rehabilitation setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of COARC accredited AS or BS Respiratory program; Licensed as RRT or CRT.
• Licensed in the state of practice; BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains systems to enhance the facility's reputation for Respiratory Therapy.
• Oversight of revenue, productivity and gross profit margins in the department.
• Documentation and charting for patient care, and accurate data entry.
