Glengariff Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a full-time Respiratory Therapist (RT) to join a geriatric-focused skilled nursing team. License in the state of practice required; must treat residents independently and perform functional therapies to improve patient experience.

Responsibilities include assessments, initiating therapies, bedside treatments, and attending IDT meetings, with weekend coverage. Salary is hourly and commensurate with experience.

Formación

• Graduate of COARC accredited AS or BS Respiratory program.
• Licensed as RRT or CRT in the practicing state.
• BLS certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Completes assessments and implements respiratory techniques for rehab.
• Initiate therapies, maintain records, operate equipment.
• Perform bedside respiratory treatments.
• Attend applicable IDT meetings.
• Track documentation daily, weekly and monthly.
• Assist residents in managing tracheotomy and long-term care needs.
