Job summary

Bethany Center For Rehabilitation and Healing in Franklin, TN seeks a full-time Respiratory Therapist to assess and treat residents with diverse respiratory and related conditions in a skilled nursing setting.

The ideal candidate will hold an AS/BS in respiratory care, be licensed as RRT or CRT, and hold BLS certification, with experience in tracheostomy care, bedside treatments, and interprofessional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Graduate of COARC accredited respiratory program.
• Licensed as RRT or CRT.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments and implement respiratory techniques to progress rehab patients.
• Initiate therapies, maintain patient records, operate and assemble equipment.
• Deliver bedside treatments and conduct in-services for nursing staff quarterly.
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly documentation.
• Attend IDT meetings and coordinate with nursing staff.
