Job summary

Mainstream Electric, Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing in the Spokane metro area is seeking skilled plumbers. You will guide apprentices, diagnose and repair residential systems, and install equipment such as tankless heaters and water filtration, with emphasis on drain services.

The role offers training with hourly pay, moving to commission and a potential $100,000–$200,000 annual target, plus medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with a 4% match, a company truck, iPad, uniforms, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must hold a WA/ID Journeyman 01/02 or Master Plumbing License.
• Ability to guide and train an apprentice.
• Experience with residential plumbing repair including leak location, tankless water heaters, water filtration, tank-type heaters, fixtures, drain cleaning and drain line replacement.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues for customers.
• Train and supervise apprentices on-site and ensure quality workmanship.

What you need:

• A Journeyman 01 or 02 or Masters Plumbing License in WA or ID
• Valid driver's license with no major violations within the last 3 years
• Ability to guide and train an apprentice
• Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software
• Customer service skills to diagnose and sell the repair to the customer
• Experience with residential plumbing repair including: leak location, tankless water heaters, water filtration, tank type water heaters, all types of plumbing fixtures, drain cleaning, and drain line replacement
