Job summary

Mainstream Electric, Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing is seeking an HVAC/maintenance focused technician in Spokane Valley. The role involves performing general and routine maintenance checks on HVAC equipment, inspecting installed units, and diagnosing plus replacing minor parts as needed.

Ideal candidates may have EPA certification or be willing to obtain it; prior HVAC/maintenance experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• EPA Certification preferred but not required.
• Prior HVAC/maintenance experience preferred but not required.
• Current Driver's License.
• Outgoing, professional, clean-cut and drug-free.
• Ability to troubleshoot service issues.
• Demonstrated knowledge of proper and safe use of tools and related equipment.
• Ability to work and communicate effectively individually as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform general and routine maintenance checks on HVAC equipment.
• Perform inspections of installed HVAC units.
• Diagnose and replace minor HVAC parts.
