Job summary

Mainstream Electric, Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing in Spokane Valley seeks a licensed plumber to join our service team. You will diagnose repairs, present options to customers, and train an apprentice in a fast-paced, customer‑centric environment.

Applicants should hold WA/ID Journeyman 01/02 or Masters license, have a clean driving record, and be proficient with Service Titan on an iPad. Training pay with a strong commission path is offered along with solid benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have WA/ID Journeyman 01/02 or Masters Plumbing License.
• Valid driver's license with no major violations within the last 3 years.
• Ability to guide and train an apprentice.
• Experience with residential plumbing repair including leak location, tankless water heaters, water filtration, tank type water heaters, all types of plumbing fixtures, drain cleaning, and drain line replacement.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose plumbing issues and explain repair options to customers.
• Train and supervise an apprentice on job sites.
• Deliver high quality service while maintaining safety and compliance.

What you need:
