Job summary

Mainstream Electric, Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing in Spokane seeks an experienced plumber (Journeyman 01/02 or Master) to diagnose and repair residential systems, train apprentices, and sell repairs using Service Titan and an iPad.

You’ll start with hourly pay during training, then move into commission with a potential $100,000–$200,000 annually. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with 4% match, a company truck and gear, PTO, holidays, wellness time, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Plumbing license in WA or ID required (Journeyman 01/02 or Master).
• Residential plumbing repair experience needed (leak location, water heaters, fixtures, drains).
• Ability to train and guide an apprentice.
• Proficiency with Service Titan software and iPad.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues and present repair options to customers.
• Train and mentor an apprentice in field techniques.
• Provide excellent customer service and upsell approved repairs.

What you need:

• A Journeyman 01 or 02 or Masters Plumbing License in WA or ID


• Valid driver's license with no major violations within the last 3 years


• Ability to guide and train an apprentice


• Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software


• Customer service skills to diagnose and sell the repair to the customer


• Experience with residential plumbing repair including: leak location, tankless water heaters, water filtration, tank type water heaters, all types of plumbing fixtures, drain cleaning, and drain line replacement
