Job summary

ADP, Inc. is hiring a Part Time Residential Direct Support Professional in Collegeville, PA. This role supports individuals with developmental disabilities, with weekend shifts on Saturdays and Sundays and multiple shift options.

You will assist with daily living, care plans, community participation, and ensure health, safety, and documentation are maintained. Relevant certifications and background checks are required or pursued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, behavioral health needs, or similar populations preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable and able to work independently.
• Ability to successfully complete required background checks and health screenings.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, meals, mobility, and household routines.
• Support individuals with their personalized care and support plans.
• Encourage participation in community activities, recreation, education, and employment.
• Promote independence, dignity, choice, and self-confidence.
• Monitor health and safety and report concerns or changes appropriately.
• Provide medication support as trained and authorized.
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment.
• Work collaboratively with families, healthcare providers, and other members of the support team.
