Job summary

P.I.L.O.T. Services in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking a Part-Time Weekend Direct Support Professional to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting. You will help with daily living skills, transportation to activities, and planning engaging weekend events.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• A verifiable High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience desired, but not necessary; we will train and support you.
• Must have a valid New Jersey auto driver’s license with less than 5 points; probationary not accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and support to adults with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities.
• Assist with personal care and daily living skills as needed.
• Transport individuals to community outings, recreational activities, and appointments.
• Plan and participate in activities such as arts & crafts, games, cooking, and outings.
• Support social engagement through trips, events, and community involvement.
• Maintain accurate daily documentation using our Electronic Health Record system (THERAP).
• Work collaboratively with team members to create a safe, positive, and engaging environment.
