Zusammenfassung

P.I.L.O.T. Services in Willingboro, NJ is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for a full-time residential shift. You will provide daily support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and help them live as independently as possible.

The position runs Tuesday to Saturday, 3pm to 11pm, with hourly pay of $18. We offer medical, dental and vision insurance, generous PTO, a 401(k) plan and paid training in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• A verifiable High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience desired, but not necessary; we will train and support you.
• Must have a desire to help others reach their fullest potential.
• A valid New Jersey auto driver's license with less than 5 points; probationary not accepted.

Aufgaben

• Provide daily support and supervision to adults with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities.
• Assist with personal care and promote independence in daily living skills.
• Transport individuals to community outings, appointments, and recreational activities.
• Plan and participate in engaging activities such as arts & crafts, cooking, games, and outings.
• Support community involvement through volunteering, shopping trips, and social events.
• Maintain accurate daily documentation using our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
• Work collaboratively with team members to create a safe, positive, and engaging environment.
