Job summary

P.I.L.O.T. Services is seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional for weekend weekend shifts to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting.

You’ll promote independence, assist with daily living, and help participants engage in meaningful weekend activities. Responsibilities include supervising individuals, transporting to activities, documenting using THERAP, and collaborating with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented individuals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to be flexible, patient, and engaging
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required)
• Experience in human services is a plus—but not required (we will train right candidate)

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and support to adults with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities
• Assist with personal care and daily living skills as needed
• Transport individuals to community outings, recreational activities, and appointments
• Plan and participate in activities such as arts & crafts, games, cooking, and outings
• Maintain accurate daily documentation using THERAP electronic health record system
• Work collaboratively with team to create a safe, positive, and engaging environment
