Job summary

Continuum Rehab Group in Taos, NM is seeking a dedicated CNA to join our skilled nursing team. Weekend availability is required and you will provide compassionate care under supervision of licensed therapists.

You will sanitize and organize therapy spaces, support resident transportation and activities, and assist with administrative tasks as needed. A High School Diploma and healthcare experience are preferred; CNA certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous Healthcare Experience, preferably in Skilled Nursing.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to work with a team where you will provide quality, compassionate care in a secure setting.
• Provides excellent patient care support under the direction of a licensed therapist.
• Follows patient care-related tasks as determined by the therapy team to assist the patient in achieving optimal goals.
• Must be able to communicate in both verbally and in writing to members of the rehabilitation team.
• Visual acuity to perceive patient reactions to treatment and to read instructions.
• Able to lift and carry equipment, supplies and materials up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
