Job Opening: Full-Time Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) at BAYADA Home Health

Location: Scotland County (Visits Office)
Service areas include Scotland, Hoke, Moore, Richmond, and Robeson Counties.

Availability: Must be available Fri-Sun or Sat-Mon.

Responsibilities:

1. Follow care plans tailored to patient needs.
2. Conduct home visits within designated territories.
3. Administer medications, perform wound care, treatments, and procedures.
4. Monitor and report client condition changes.
5. Follow doctors' orders accurately and document care.
6. Perform client assessments and coordinate case management.
7. Document observations and interventions using electronic medical records on a tablet.

Qualifications:

1. Current RN license in North Carolina.
2. At least one year of recent clinical experience (medical/surgical).
3. Home care experience preferred but not required.
4. Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
6. Strong interpersonal skills and computer proficiency; EMR experience preferred.
7. Must be able to travel to cases as assigned.
