Job summary

Integrity Home Care + Hospice is seeking a Full Time Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Springfield, MO home health visit team. You will work with a multi-disciplinary team to provide skilled nursing care that allows clients to remain at home.

A $15,000 retention bonus is available for full-time weekend clinicians and weekly pay is offered. The role requires independent decision-making, real-time clinical judgment, and strong attention to detail in varied home environments.

Qualifications

• Current Missouri nursing license in good standing.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program as indicated by transcript or diploma.
• At least 1 year of adult/geriatric care experience in acute care, home health, hospice, or related settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform head-to-toe assessments and identify subtle changes in patient condition.
• Provide acute and post-acute home health care including wound care and IV therapy as needed.
• Triage and independently manage urgent clinical situations in the home setting.
• Conduct medication reconciliation, patient teaching, and safety monitoring.
• Perform comprehensive wound assessment, care, and documentation.

Integrity Home Care + Hospice is currently seeking a Full Time Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health visit team in the Springfield, MO and surrounding area. You will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to remain at home. How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Use strong head-to-toe assessment skills with the ability to identify subtle changes in patient condition


• Utilize your experience with acute and post-acute care (e.g., CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, post-surgical care)


• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations independently in the home setting


• Perform medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring


• Perform comprehensive wound assessment, care, and documentation

Qualifications for a Registered Integrity Home Care + Hospice:

• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Missouri.


• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma


• At least one year of current or recent hands‑on medical experience within the past two years with the adult/geriatric population in acute care, emergency department, home health, hospice, ICU, med surg, sub‑acute care or rehab units (medical or skilled nursing settings).
