Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Springfield, MO is seeking a compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to perform visits in clients' homes, primarily on weekends. This weekend per diem role supports patient recovery in the community.

You will case manage, develop care plans, deliver skilled nursing, provide education to patients and families, and collaborate with a 24/7 clinical team. Active RN license and willingness to travel locally required.

Qualifications

• Active and current RN license
• One year of clinical experience preferred
• Previous home health care experience is preferred

• Case manage, develop care plans, and deliver highly skilled care - including assessments, medication management, wound care, and more
• Progress your clients from discharge to meeting their goals at home

We are recruiting for a compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to perform home health visits in the Springfield, MO and surrounding area. This is a Weekend Per Diem (PRN) position.

Integrity offers full-time, part-time and per-diem schedules.
