Integrity Home Care + Hospice is seeking a Full Time Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health visit team in the Lebanon, MO area. You will provide skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients at home, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure compassionate, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• A current Missouri nursing license in good standing.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• At least one year of adult/geriatric care experience in acute care, emergency, home health, hospice, ICU, med-surg, or rehab.

Make an Impact as a Registered Nurse at Integrity Home Care + Hospice

Integrity Home Care + Hospice is currently seeking a Full Time Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health visit team in the Lebanon, MO and surrounding area. You will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to remain at home. How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Use strong head-to-toe assessment skills with the ability to identify subtle changes in patient condition
• Utilize your experience with acute and post-acute care (e.g., CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, post-surgical care)
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations independently in the home setting
• Perform medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring
• Perform comprehensive wound assessment, care, and documentation

Qualifications for a Registered Integrity Home Care + Hospice:

• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Missouri.
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• At least one year of current or recent hands-on medical experience within the past two years with the adult/geriatric population in acute care, emergency department, home health, hospice, ICU, med surg, sub-acute care or rehab units (medical or skilled nursing settings).
