Universal Health Services, Inc. is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician at Copper Hills Youth Center in West Jordan, Utah. You will serve as a positive role model, supervise youths, document behaviors, and help advance treatment goals on a 24/7 residential campus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and in high-stress environments.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage conflicts and de-escalate crises.

Responsibilities

• Provide close supervision and document youth behaviors.
• Help students meet defined daily goals (hygiene, activities, education & therapy).
• Intervene during crises using verbal de‑escalation techniques and safety protocols.
• Facilitate group interactions and model positive behavior.
