Reedy River Post Acute in Greenville, SC is seeking a friendly Weekend Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and vendors. This part-time role supports daily administrative operations and maintains a welcoming front desk presence.

The ideal candidate has prior receptionist or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with basic computer programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in receptionist, customer service, or administrative roles preferred.
• Healthcare or long-term care experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with basic computer programs, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, residents, families, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Monitor facility entry and visitor sign-in procedures
• Provide general information and assistance to guests and residents
• Assist with clerical tasks including filing, copying, data entry, and document distribution
• Receive and distribute mail and deliveries
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff and department leaders
• Handle confidential information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
• Support administrative and office functions as assigned
