Job summary

Ciena Healthcare's Regency at Westland facility is seeking a friendly receptionist to be the first contact for visitors, candidates and family members. You will greet guests, answer and direct calls, and provide essential clerical support to the administrator and staff, helping maintain an organized, welcoming environment.

This is a part-time role with weekend shifts on Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, plus 4.5 hours on additional weekdays (4:30 PM–9:00 PM).

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Typing proficiency of 50-60 words per minute.
• Working knowledge of computer and software applications.
• Able to project a professional image
• Strong organizational and analytical skills; oral and written communication skills

Job description

The Receptionist is the first contact for many candidates, guests and family members who contact our facility. The receptionist represents the company in a positive manner while greeting visitors, answering telephones and directing calls. This is a part-time position. Hours for this position are Saturday and Sunday from 8 AM to 530 PM, with an additional 1 to 2 days during the week for 4.5 hours (4:30PM-9PM).
