Whole Foods Market in Beverly, MA is seeking an In-Store Shopper to prepare online orders for delivery or pickup. The role requires flexible weekend availability, early mornings, evenings, holidays, and peak seasons.

You will shop across the store for produce, meat, dairy, and more, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment. Responsibilities include using handheld devices, maintaining order quality, assisting customers, and staying compliant with safety and store policies.

Formación

• No prior retail experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Sufficient English language proficiency to prepare and shop customer orders
• Must be 18+ years old

Responsabilidades

• Fulfills online orders efficiently, accurately and with a sense of urgency using handheld technology and/or fixed devices
• Ensure product and order accuracy through meticulous verification and quality control processes
• Learn and apply product knowledge, customer service standards, and store operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Keep staging area organized and free of clutter
• Handle in-store and online order returns and pickups
• Comply with government regulations such as age verification requirements for restricted items
• Assist with customer inquiries and provide store information
• Maintain knowledge of product and promotional events
• Maintain a positive work environment
• Communicate clearly, collaboratively and courteously
• Attend all meetings assigned by Leadership, including daily huddles
• Support company program and initiatives, inclusive of varied checkout options, store formats and all product assortment, tools, and technology
• Maintains operational standards including but not limited to safety and store security protocols
• Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Performs other duties as assigned by store or company leadership
