Developmental Foundations in Arcola, IL is hiring Caregivers / DSPs to support adults with developmental disabilities in community group homes (CILA). This entry-level role offers on-site care with a combination weekday/weekend schedule; weekend availability is required.

Training is provided and paid, and successful candidates will join a compassionate, patient team making a real difference in the community.

Qualifications

• DSP or CNA experience is helpful but not required.
• Experience with individuals with disabilities preferred but not required.
• Training is provided and paid; entry-level position.

Responsibilities

• Companionship and caregiving.
• Housekeeping and meal preparation.

• Assistance with personal care, including bathing, toileting and grooming.
