Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Diagnostic Radiographer for the Needham location. The role involves performing radiology procedures with a focus on accuracy, safety, and patient education.

You will work under supervision of radiologists and collaborate with nurses and technologists to support timely exams. The position requires ARRT-RAD registration and MARadTech-Radiography licensure, with a strong emphasis on quality control, documentation, and patient care.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree in Radiology preferred.
• Licensure: MARadTech-Radiography required; ARRT-RAD registration required; and Basic Life Support (certificate 1 Temp grace period ARRT-RAD or certificate 2 depending on policy).

Responsabilidades

• Follows departmental guidelines and protocols in diagnostic radiology procedures.
• Schedules and documents exams with accurate records.
• Performs quality control on equipment and educates patients for exams.
• Greets patients, provides exam education, and transfers medical records to Radiologist.
• Demonstrates competency in radiographic and fluoroscopic imaging in multiple settings.
